What Does this widal Test Result Mean?
My 4year child got fever from 1week and widal test :positive Salmonella typhI o:1:160 H:1:160 Salmonella paratyphi A():1:20 (B):1:20 Please tell that typhoid is positive if so then what is the treatment what are antibiotic medicine want to give please tell me.Thank you.

Widal test :positive Salmonella typhI o:1:160 H:1:160 suggestive of typhoid infection.
I would suggest to consult your pediatrician and take proper prescribed medicine.
Suspension of azithromycin
Tablet or suspension of paracetamol for the fever
Give him lot of fluid to drink and home made fresh juice, give light diet to eat
Complete bed rest
